Importance of rain and cow – the fruit of vratha

The main objective of this Thiruppavai vratha is union with Sri Krishna.  our objective for any vratha will tell us who we are that is if the aim is for heaven then we like pleasure. if the aim is to attain the Lord Sri Krishna then we become parabrahmam.

First we sing the glory of Sri Narayana…

second we sing the glory of paraman ….adi padi

now we sing the glory of uttaman per padi…

God of Gods Sri Krishna begged Mahabali for the sake of His devotee Indra.. begging got purity by His act. His Growth is not to take away the wealth and Punya of Mahabali it is to protect him. Lord Sri Krishna stands as watchman in the gates of Mahabali..

if we sing the glory of Lord and humans observe all important vrathas by kaya, vacha and manasa, then there will be rainfall without fail and there will not be any overflow of water, the crops will be free from pests.

it is said that the rainfall depends upon the nature and character of Brahmins those who treat all equal and see Brahman in all jeevas, Kings who rule the country without any personal attachment and women whose chastity will bring rain in time and of course of right quantity.

Cows give milk to Sri Krishna and Krishna plays flute for the cows to give milk..

without rain the world cannot survive.. cow is God.. Vrathas bring fortune to the place where these ladies of high vratha lives.

Lord Krishna with Radha

Om Sri Narayanaya namaha..Om Sri Krishnaya Namaha.
