Thought for the day
Why we need Bhagavat Gita.?
Srimad Bhagavat Gita tells us how to live and how not to.
it also helps us to find who we are. What is our actual quality, what is our swabhavam…., sattavam, rajahs or Tamas.
why we need to follow our Sanatana dharma, it’s uses, benefits, need of the hour, only by reading and only by understanding and most particularly only by following or practicing what is said there in Bhagavat Gita we can conquer our own inner bad qualities…… to be followed…

Whatever we do, we must offer those actions and its result to Sri Krishna.
Gopikas think that if anything goes wrong in their vrata, then what will happen, but when we utter the name of God, God pleases immediately and bless us with His Grace.
The First five hymn form the special first phase of the ritual.
- they elucidate that the aim of the ritual is union with the Lord of Lords Sri Krishna. the goal and aim is Sri Krishna Himself and the means to reach Him is also Sri Krishna Himself.
- how the participants have to adhere to the principles prescribed by scriptures, tradition and by elders, they have to observe certain restraints in food, speech and conduct.
- this vrata and ritual is not of selfish result and yield. it is for the benefit of the entire universe.
- invocation the God as Lord of clouds to shower good rain for healthy life of entire universe.
- we believe that all our sins will be eradicated when the utter the name of God Sri Krishna whole heartedly ..
Aazhi mazhikkanna – Thiruppaavai 4
The cloud drinks the salt waters of the sea yet gives us back sweet waters to the world to drink. All the Gurus will take all the aspects of Veda, Vedantha, Upanishads and sastra.. but they will teach us only what is required for us in the simple and practicable manner.
The Gopikas say that O cloud, assume the share that resembles the form of the Cause of Time and of all other things in the world.
Make your body as dark as the form of the Supreme Brahma tattva that has brought Time into existence. Be steady and thunder like the Conch..
The main purpose is to attain the bliss of union with Sri Krishna… and this is to be attained not in isolation, each by herself and also by the company, all together.. we pray that the preceptors may shower their grace on them and bring about their union with the Lord Sri Krishna.

rules to be followed for margazhi vratha ritual
Dear all,
namaste. after seeing the objective of the ritual, qualification to undertake a ritual, the aim and purpose of these to attain Sri Krishna, who can only give Himself, now let us see the rules to be observed for the ritual, these rules are for the participants who believes in Lord Sri Krishna, the Lord of Lords to give Himself to the pure devotees.
The Gopas and Gopikas were very fortunate to have Sri Krishna as their friend, philosopher and Guide. In both the cases of Sri Rama and Sri Krishna, the people were very attached to them. In Rama’s case people of Ayodhya followed Sri Rama when He left for forest. In the same of way Gopies of Nandagav, they were not to able to accept the separation of Sri Krishna from them.
We must clearly know the distinction between attachment and devotion. Dasaratha had attachment and Gopies had devotion.
When we have devotion even death cannot separate it. But attachment can easily separated by death.
Rituals are of many types… to attain name, fame, to destroy enemy , to attain for desired fruits etc.., apart from this rituals can also be classified under selfless aims, to do good for all, to love the nature, to love our fellowmen, to destroy our selfish nature etc.,
paraman adi paadi… we must sing the praise of the Lord Sri Krishna that too the Praise of His holy feet, where are the four vedas search their purpose.
Neiyyunnoom paalunnoom…. neiy is ghee and pal is milk.. both present in each other and which strengthens the body.. and not for soul.. The gopies declare that they are in the ritural ie vratha and they do not give importance to their body…
naarkale neeradi… three important principles of life… taking bath early in the morning…speaking truth… discharging ones own duty without any hesitation..
we will not decorate our eyes, because the kind sight and kind vision is the ornament for the eyes.
taking bath early and ever ready to serve God and His devotees are the better things to be done by the body.
speaking truth is the ornament for mouth and tongue..
discharge of owns own duty is the ornament for soul.
we will not hurt anyone even they are not devotees of our beloved God Sri Krishna, we will speak only kind and the leela of our Great God,…with these decorations we wait for you oh Sri Krishna..
Sri Krishnaya namaha…

Margazhi -1
Dear Friends,
namaste.
Here the month of margazhi has come. These days are very auspicious. full moon light.. enjoy the beauty. moon like faced ones common on. start now. sing in praise of Sri Krishna… Dear girls you live comfortably here with the thinking of Sri Narayana and you are all wearing all beautiful ornaments which adds beauty to your natural beauty.
First we have to sing the praise of time.. kala.. kal which is more powerful than anything. In the Bhagavat Gita Sri Krishna declares that among the moths He Himself is Margazhi.. it is brahma muhurtha and dawn is the time of and the primary tendency of sattva or purity to enjoy the Atman, the pure God-consciousness.
Margazhi is called Margasirsa.. marga means a way, sirsa means to attain God..God is attained through karmayoga ie action without expecting reward (nirkamakarma), Jananayoga ie realisation of self and bhaktiyoga devotion to God. But i tell you none of these ways can bring the God closer to us. In fact, God along should come close to us. Margasirsa insists us to have faith that God alone is the means to attain God.
listen the glory of Sri Krishna..
i am going to narrate about Sri Krishna, Sri Krishna is the son of Nandagopa, who loves his son ever keeps alert .. Sri Krishnas mother is Yasodha whose bhakti is not understood by great sages like Narada, her lion cub son is Sri Krishna.
now let us enjoy the beauty of Sri Krishna son of Yasodha and Nandagopa. Sri Krishna ‘s body is like the dark of dark cloud, His eyes bright as red lotua petals, His face radiating divine charm, who is none but Narayana Himself.
His work is to give us what we needed, whatever we have it is HIS PRASAD. He is the giver and fulfillers of all our wishes.
Suitable time to do ritual….
by whom the ritual to be sone..
what should they do..
what they should obtain as the fruit of this ritual…
Now we need to do Durga pooja for which we need the ancient musical instrument parai and we will request Sri Krishna, giver of anything to His pure devotees…
Parai is a drum, played by hands, keeping near the heart and by singing and dancing.
it is an important instrument for this ritual, which is the means of highest end.
Parai signifies the three important activities of the mind, tongue and body.
parai is kept near the heart. We sing and dance which playing the parai.
Bath is merging with Sri Krishna because all the jeevathmas are river and Sri Krishna is the Ocean..
Sri Krishna is Nadhi , river we are all drops of water.. Sri Krishna is water we must purify ourselves by uttering the name of Sri Krishna always.
All of you join now to take holy bath and will do Durga Pooja to attain the LORD OF LORDS SRI KRISHNA..
OM SRI KRISHNAYA NAMAHA..
